At EkRiwaaz, we follow a strict but fair return and replacement policy to ensure product quality and transparency.
Returns or replacements will only be accepted in cases where the customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
To process any return or replacement request, the customer must provide a clear 360-degree unboxing/opening video as proof of the product condition at the time of delivery. Requests without valid video proof will not be eligible for approval.
Any return or replacement request must be raised within 3–5 days of the product delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
Once the returned product is received and verified, replacement or resolution will be processed accordingly.
Refunds or replacements are subject to quality inspection and approval from our team.
